We were founded in 2008, located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, only 2 hours away from Shenzhen and Guangzhou city .We are a professional manufacturer of castings and CNC machining.We cover an area of more than 4000 square meters and over 100 employees. We have experienced technical team, advanced production and testing equipment. Chemical composition detection, equipped with German Brooke Q6 direct reading spectrum analyzer; We can carry out hardness test, tensile test, impact test, metallographic analysis and so on. Our foundry has its own processing workshop. The workshop is equipped with four-axis and three-axis CNC machining centers. The average monthly production capacity of the company is about 60 tons; we can produce according to the drawings and requirements, samples or moulds provided by customers. The surface roughness of castings is RA1.6 ~ 3.2. The weight range of castings is 2g ~ 30Kg, and the length range is not more than 350mm. In addition to precision casting production and processing, we also provide casting heat treatment, surface treatment and other process services, such as tempering, annealing, quenching, blackening, electroplating, polishing, spray painting and so on.
