Our Processing workshop is equipped with five-axis, four-axis and three-axis CNC machining centers. 

The surface roughness of casting is RA1.6 ~ 3.2. 

The weight range of casting is 2g ~ 30Kg, and the length range is not more than 350mm. 

In addition to precision casting production and processing, we also provide casting heat treatment, surface treatment and other process services, such as tempering, annealing, quenching, blackening, electroplating, polishing, spray painting and so on.

Chemical composition detection is equipped with German Brooke Q6 direct reading spectrum analyzer; 

We can carry out hardness test, tensile test, impact test, metallographic analysisand so on.
